Pond seeks a strategic and experienced Head of Ecosystem Growth (BD, Developer Growth and General User Growth) to drive global growth, partnerships, and strategic alliances. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of blockchain, AI, and crypto markets, along with a robust network within these ecosystems. As the Head of Ecosystem Growth, you'll spearhead efforts to expand our market presence, secure strategic partnerships, and contribute to the company's long-term vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and establish high-impact partnerships with blockchain protocols, crypto organizations, exchanges, and AI companies to expand PondGNN's footprint.
• Market Expansion: Lead efforts to penetrate new markets and build strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and key stakeholders like developer communities.
• Build a Developer and Area Ambassador Program to attract developers and general users while increasing project visibility and engagement.
• Product Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the technical and product teams to align BD initiatives with the company's technology roadmap and ensure mutual value creation.
• Networking: Attend industry conferences, meetups, and events (both virtual and in-person) to represent Pond, stay updated on industry trends, and foster new business opportunities.
