We are driven by innovation and are seeking a skilled Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing new product features to improve the platform performance and meet expectation of users. You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our platform, ensuring it meets the highest standards of performance, reliability, and security.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consumer Internet, ideally with experience at large-scale platforms serving 100M+ users (e.g., Xiaohongshu, WeChat, Tencent, TikTok). Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and an understanding of crypto or crypto markets is highly valued, with bonus points for experience at CEXes, DEXes, or launchpads (though not required). As Product Manager, you will lead efforts to design product architecture and features, define the vision of how the platform can accelerate and support early stage AI projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy & Vision: Define the vision and roadmap for crypto-based platform for AI projects, aligning them with user needs and market opportunities
• Market Research: Analyze market trends, user behavior, and competitor products to identify opportunities and define product features.
• Product Development: Collaborate with engineers, designers, and blockchain developers to manage the full product lifecycle, including ideation, development, testing, and launch.
• User-Centric Focus: Gather and analyze feedback from the community, users, and developers to improve product offerings continuously.
• GTM Strategy: Lead product launches, working closely with marketing, sales, and developer relations teams to drive adoption and growth.
• Thought Leadership: Act as a thought leader, helping to elevate Pond’s presence in the crypto AI space through thought pieces, speaking engagements, and public representation.
